The successful, experienced candidate will be well versed in ISP design disciplines & will have led major initiatives that are network and customer facing. The candidate should be well versed in the following aspects of carrier network design and planning: SONET, Ethernet , Capacity Planning, Peering, Network Security, Proof of Concept Testing, & Change Management.

The ESVBA promotes the open and interconnected nature of the public Internet and adheres to the FCC’s Internet Policy Statement. The ESVBA is committed to the following Nondiscrimination and Interconnection Obligations:

? The ESVBA consumers are entitled to run applications and use services of their choice, subject to the needs of law enforcement.
