Director of Network Planning & Provisioning at the Eastern Shore Broadband Authority of Virginia near Exmore, VA. The Director performs a broad range of design, implementation, and technical duties. The successful, experienced candidate will be well versed in ISP design disciplines & will have led major initiatives that are network and customer facing. The candidate should be well versed in the following aspects of carrier network design and planning: SONET, Ethernet , Capacity Planning, Peering, Network Security, Proof of Concept Testing, & Change Management.
